During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we extended our online return policy from 30 days to 60 days to offer you more flexibility when you shop with us online. However, as we enter the next phase of the pandemic and restrictions ease, we are reverting our online return policy to 30 days with effect from 1 September 2020.
