I
met Mike when we both worked at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg,
IL. He also worked as a guitar teacher at The
Music Room in Palatine. Anyway, we started
talking about girls and music and quickly became friends.
He needed a demo tape, so we spent an afternoon in my
mom's basement making one. I recorded his guitar
through my CAD Equitek E-200 through my Mackie board,
colored with a Boss RV-3 Reverb/Delay pedal. At
the time were both happy with the result, though, listening
to it again now, I wish I had turned off the noise gate
on Claire Dreaming. Live and learn.

haven't
spoken to Mike in years, but it appears you can find
him through his rock band The
Infamous Ashley St. Ives.
